New Delivery Arrangements
Terms and conditions
Minimum Order: There is a minimum order on all deliveries of $50.00
Delivery Fees: There is a $5.00 delivery charge to the following areas; Hobart CBD, Lenah Valley, Newtown, West Hobart, North Hobart, Glebe, Sandy Bay, Battery Point, Mt Stuart.
A $7.50 delivery fee applies to the following areas; Glenorchy, Derwent Park, Moonah, West Moonah, Lutana, Cornelian Bay, Dynnyrne, Tolmans Hill, Mt Nelson, Taroona, Geilston Bay, Lindisfarne, Rose Bay, Montagu Bay, Rosny, Bellerive, South Hobart.
All other areas for delivery must be arranged through a freight company by the customer. We will compile the order ready for pick up at a nominated time organized between the freight company and the customer. We will endeavor to build relationships with selected freight companies to try and arrange the most competitive rates and these companies will be listed on the website in the near future.
Delivery Times: The cut off time for orders is midnight the day before delivery. There is no same day delivery. Any East coast or rural orders will need to be placed on either, the Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday for delivery on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. There are no deliveries on; weekends, public holidays, Easter Thursday, Good Friday or the 22nd to the 24th of December.
Payment: Payments can be made either by credit card or by cash on delivery. All orders will be phoned through before payment is made to confirm the order. To pay by credit card details will be taken over the phone when the order is collated. The details can be kept on record by our accounts staff for the payment of future transactions. Pricing: As fruit & vegetable pricing changes from day to day the price used will be the one which is accurate at the time of order collation. The specials pricing will be guaranteed for one week, running from the Sunday through to the following Saturday. These prices are related to any in-store specials that Hill Street is currently running at the time including weekly specials and multi-buys.
Out of Stocks: We will endeavor to deliver on any product that is requested but unfortunately there may sometimes be out of stock items. In the case of this happening we will ring to inform you of the situation and will supply the next best alternative available.
Collection of Orders: All orders must be signed for on delivery unless otherwise arranged. This is to ensure the freshness of your order. We cannot ensure the freshness of any produce in orders which are to be left outside. We will therefore take no responsibility for poor quality in this situation.
